im 5′2 and i weigh 160 plbs!!! im 21 and summer is right around the way plz hep. want 2 loose 5 lbs in 1 week?
i want to loose 30pounds in 2 months but im going to be realistic, i want to settle for 5 a week, im big on cravings but im willing to stop, i was going to start by using slim quick and cleanse my body, does that help???? anyhow please help me!! i want to be in a 2 piece but my cravings are not letting me because i tend to eat what i crave, i need something to curb my appetite completely when i am hungry!! do you know of any pills that make you not hungry!!!

NO PIZZA, I am in the pizza business, and it is not good for you, very high in FAT and Calories
NO FRIED FOOD…
Stay away from FAST FOOD
NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS
Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog
Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change
I have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………
