What is the best protein shake for a 16-year-old rugby player to take?

I am a very keen and able rugby player, but as I am slightly shorter than most people I play against, I am trying to bulk up for the new season, and progress to a higher level. I have been going to the gym for a year now and was hoping to find out which protein shake was most suitable to help me with gaining muscle, or whether protein shakes help at all, in gaining muscle.

protein shakes DO help. you need to make sure you eat a balanced diet too though and train well. i’ve definitely seen gains from using protein shakes. google myprotein, i use their stuff because its so much more cheaper that branded stuff i used to use like maixmuscle. i started off on impact whey isolate and i havent regretted it, look around the site to see what would suit you!
