what do you use to get to sleep?
I’ve tried every herb under the sun to get me to sleep. Valerian root, chamolille (sp), kava kava, calm forte, etc. It seems none of these help to really relax me.
Does anyone use any herbs/supplements that are effective and not just sleeping pills? (Although I’m almost looking for a supplement that does what a sleeping pill does)
-Travis
Try to clear your mind. I’ve had difficulty sleeping lately and all I do is think breathe in, breathe out. I’ve fallen asleep every time I’ve used that technique!
