What are all the vitamins &minerals/foods regular brown land snails &starfish need &which are harmful to them?

What are all the minerals & vitamins regular brown land snails/starfish need & how much, & which ones will kill them so I don’t feed it 2 them?
& 1 more thing, Can u feed them measured amounts of crushed, little pieces of, or a few drops of liquid minerals, &or vitamin/mineral tablets & capsules that we take every once in a while?

My knowledge of Starfish is too limited to answer your question. But, I do know a lot about land snails (Helix espersa). These Mollusks should be fed greens, such as lettuce, and crushed egg shell for calcium to aid the healthy growth of their shells. They will do fine on these things and can be kept in captivity feeding them nothing but that and water drops (dew) on the plants for drinking. Use only non-chlorinated water.
If lettuce or any other greens are placed before them, they will eat what they KNOW is OK. They will avoid anything harmful. Salt, or anything with a salt content is not good for them, of course.

Ingredients: At the center of the visible spheres lie minerals (mica, titanium dioxide, boron nitride and iron oxides), L-sodium hyaluronate acid (hyaluronic acid) and Olive Squalene all encapsulated by seaweed lipids. Floating around these larger spheres, like planets around the sun, are microscopic liposomes that individually encapsulate Coenzyme Q 10, Magnesium Ascorbyl Phosphate (Vitamins C), Vitamin K, Willow Bark Extract, Chamomile, Calendula, and Seaweeds (Algin, Agar and Carrageenan.) The spheres are then suspended in a gel of aloe vera, lavender flower water and vegetable glycerin.
