how is one’s lunch supposed to be?

i’m on a weight gain diet and i sometimes think i’m eating too much but there’s nothing i could do since my parents make sure i eat everything. well an example for breakfast for me is one cup of yogurt mixed in with 3/4 a cup of raisin bran.for lunch i would have mostly a tuna sandwich with every veggie topping(i love veggies) with veggie/tomato soup, with milk maybe 2 crackers and an apple. and dinner is almost like that or i’d mixed it up a bit sometimes. i have 3 meals and 3 snacks. so how big is one’s lunch breakfast or dinner supposed to be? and how many times a day should one eat? i would be happy just eating once because i’m not a food fan but i’d like to know.

Eat until you nolonger feel hunger. Once that feeling is gone, then you should put away the food. Over time you’ll know how much you need to satisfy your hunger.

When the hunger stops so does the eating.
