I have terrible Redness?

How do I get rid of the redness all over my face? I do not have rosacea, but I have very mild acne (I am using prescription meds). Is there any tips? Or any lotions, concelears? Thanks =]]
PS: I already put on concelear and powder, and it makes it a little better but still really visible!

i know how you must feel. ive got bad skin too, not acne but more like teenage spots. and i use a No7 concealer that deffinatly hides redness, and its not very expensive either. also a mineral foundation will probably be best at hiding blemishes. i use a foundation by philosophy (QVC) called the supernatural and its brilliant! hides everything and the sponge thing at the top is so soft on the skin.
